SuperTips is a stream management platform for YouTube creators. SuperBit transactions trigger instant, irreversible on-stream alerts. Refunds are limited to specific scenarios outlined below.

1. All Transactions Are Final

SuperTips is a stream management SaaS platform that provides tools for YouTube creators, including paid featured messages called SuperBits. Each SuperBit transaction triggers a real-time broadcast alert that is delivered instantly to the creator's stream.
Because these alerts are delivered immediately and cannot be recalled, all SuperBit transactions are considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Pro plan subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refund is provided for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
SuperTips cannot forcibly reverse a SuperBit payment once it has been processed and settled to the creator.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Failed Delivery: If payment was deducted but the paid message or alert was never delivered to the creator due to a verified platform error.
Refunds are not granted for buyer's remorse, entering the wrong amount, or disputes about message content.

3. Chargebacks & Abuse

Do not initiate a bank chargeback without first contacting SuperTips support. Unauthorized chargebacks complicate the verification process and may result in permanent suspension of your account.
Repeated or fraudulent refund requests will result in account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
SuperTips reserves the right to ban accounts, IP addresses, or payment methods associated with refund abuse or chargeback fraud.
