  • Usage Data: We automatically collect device type, browser information, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns to improve our platform experience.
  • Creator Profile Data: If you activate a creator account, we collect the profile details and connected platform information you provide (such as YouTube channel details).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the SuperTips stream management platform and process transactions securely.
  • To personalize your experience, display relevant creator content, and calculate SuperPoints and XP levels.
  • To send essential transactional communications such as payment receipts, payout confirmations, and account verification emails.
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abusive messages, and scam attempts using our AI moderation systems.
  • To generate anonymized, aggregated analytics that help creators understand their audience engagement.

3. Information Sharing

  • Payment Partners: Transaction data is securely shared with our trusted payment gateway partners to process payments and facilitate creator settlements. Their respective privacy policies govern their use of this data.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Account and platform data is securely stored on enterprise-grade cloud architecture. The respective provider's data processing terms apply.
  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SuperTips, our users, or the public.
  • We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • All payment transactions are securely processed through PCI DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure with bank-grade encryption.
  • User authentication is handled through robust authentication services utilizing secure token-based session management.
  • Our database systems enforce strict security rules that limit data access based on authenticated user identity and role.
